I would imagine, in my case, it is my anger level showing in my writting. It seems to me if you call them out on an illegal filing and they make no response to your request, then they either screwed up, and don't want to admitt it, or they intentionally screwed up.If either of those is not the case, then I would assume they would respond with an answer.
