My ownly guess is that there has to be more coming from the J's and the MMP is stronger than most here think. The USPTO re-examination and transparent communication are what we need to move the SP up. When will this happen? Could be tommorow or could be next year. Until this happens I'm afraid we're stuck where we are.

IMO the reason we are seeing these signings now...at least the ones with... PURCHASE in them.... is that the fee for the signing is probably very close to the cost of defending that company's stance in court....Legal fees for a trial in a patent case can exceed 2MM...so if they're signing now IMO the $$$$$ are very low, at least in comparison the cost of going to court. ESP. if it's a one time payment.

We're stuck where we are at for at least another 6 mos. IMO and will probably drift around for that time period. Our dollars of income may be coming in but they are not steady or predictable. No one can determine any worth to thel icenses with the lack of info on them and as long as we have no recurring rev's and profit this will languish near these prices till the reexam and or M&A..
