Ken's (and I guess, by extension, the company's) response is "technically" correct. However, it's clear that it is widely misunderstood or misinterpreted. The point of "responsible" communication from the company should be to eliminate confusion and to clarify whatever the issue is they are addressing. If they don't want to clarify it, they should NOT address it IMO. Therefore, IMO, they are either intentionally trying to obfuscate, or Hawk (or whoever is helping PTSC/Goerner with their Public Statements) is woefully inadequate in their abilities to communicate. Or, from their viewpoint, maybe obfuscation is the intent, and if so, they're doing a heck of a good job at it.
