I agree this double talk needs to stop immediately. We as....... OWNERS......... deserve and should demand better treatment of information flow back to us.

I have seen some of your responses to questions asked of you and the company regarding the February licenses and their effect on the 3rd quarter results.

Very plainly let me ask the question this way, and I realize that particular names and license amounts cannot be revealed.

How many of the announced February ’08 license agreements are included in the 3rd quarter results??????????? Not who or how much but how many of those announced made impact on our revenue?

The answer to this question does not reveal any privacy matters that the company may have in the agreements. The shareholders are more than due for this type of information.
