Good Question!"what would the harm be in stating "some licenses included in this quarter have been granted with ongoing royalty payments over a period of time rather than a lump sum payment"? I think it's those words "ongoing royalty payments" that TPL does not want to see in their releases. At least not yet! Why, is anyones guess.
