PTSC-Mr. B...we would like you assume a position of shareholder rep. We recognize the value your input might have in helping the company forge it's future direction. However. one little thing.....we do not want the rep to engage in message board banter at the same time you are advising the company.
Biajj- OK fair enough. I respect the fact and am honored that PTSC would value my opinion. I will sacrifice my participation on Agoracom in the honest belief that I can effectively contibute to the success of Patriot.
I assume it went something like that and noone, at the time, said whoa!...wait a minute. The action was applauded.
Then quite frankly, with all the disappointments in share price appeciation after supposedly huge positive events, the NDA, resignations and so on....Biajj felt the need to relay his opinion and concerns to the board.
Almost immediately his honesty and integrity were attacked. I interpreted his break from silence as a sign of his loyalty to the shareholders. His opinion was not what many wanted to hear....so as happens here most of the time....he was smacked around and in a personal manner. See ya, he said. I don't blame him!
