My take on the BOD and let me know if i am completly wrong is that majority rules on any decision....... I believe that Dr Falk would have to be caried out in a straight jacket for him to step aside.....The same goes for CJ.....

What are the possibilitys of having a board of 8-9 members ....A few heavy weights with experience will counter act the members who lack the vision and the passion for PTSC to be a major player...Later
