While as a long I would like to agree with you, personally I ascribe almost zero significance to Turley's statement re: 10's of millions of $$$. First, given PTSC's revenues up to the time the article came out, the statement could easily have been meant to apply to PTSC's income exclusive of the J settlement. Second, my recollection is the article came out in a trade rag of some sort. Who knows how long prior to the date of publication the reporter interviewed Turley? It could have been weeks, in which case little or nothing would have been known by JT re: the settlement.

JMHO, and I'd love to be wrong. But for now, I am a skeptic, and PTSC is guilty until proven innocent. Prior to April 9, it was the other way around. GLTAL
