It's me! I'm Brian, and he's Brian too...;)
Honestly folks, I don't understand the fuss. The focus of all this attention has posted about half-a-dozen times in the last 2 years. If he had something earth-shattering to say, he would have said it. He doesn't, so he didn't...end-of. (Actutally, I'm quite in favor of this posting style). Whether he is a lawyer, company director or the Wizard of Oz is his business. Take what he says (if anything) and apply your own interpretation - if he's full of BS, then big deal - same old same old around these parts. If you need someone to tell you what to do, hire a stockbroker and pay him for advice (LOL - a good one would probably advise you all to get the hell out this OTC nightmare ASAP, but what does he know, right?).
All of this baloney about shareholder rep is meaningless - I've been in this stock over 2 years now, and have never felt represented by anyone in the slightest. Ron's letters were as close as it came, but we all know how much impression those made.
If Brian was smart enough to get some cash, influence or whatever from out esteemed board of pocket-liners, then kudos to him. I wish I was that smart. However, bleating on about whether he owes us a blow-by-blow account of his thoughts, dreams and primal screams is deliberately avoiding the serious issues at hand.
Now can we please get back to the Calif/TX court cases, USPTO reviews, the imminent TPL buyout offer and what might happen to the SP if Swartz and/or Lecrone spontaneously combust whilst trying to light their own farts...you know, useful stuff.
cheers
