I wrote this a year ago (in a dispute with Ron) and repeated it some months ago:

The main product of PTSC is its patents, thus the "product" needs to be finished BEFORE it goes to the market.

In this scenario the USPTO works like the last step of the "quality control": If they give their thumbs up, the PTSC product "patents" is ready for the market - with its full prize and without any question about validity or infringement by the companies, who have to pay.

Additionally I'm sure the settlement with the J3 will be another element of this "quality control" - IMO it will proof, that going to Court is NOT an alternative to paying.
