just went over my companies number for the qrter. thanks to two companies going bankrupt and our truck drive rear ending a car in a construction zone. Only scraped the bumper but the driver sued for whip lash and won. Our profit for the qrter on 5mill ended up being a whopping $9,500.00 You got to love the court system. you can file bankruptcy and stick everyone for past debt. but if you continue to do business with them during chapter 11 they have to pay you own time at a much higher rate.
