Do you think they will do an RS in order to get us onto another exchange, or for a M&A?

As this would give them additional money, so to speak.

I have always been in favor of a split if the right conditions exist. For me to be happy with one, the price would have to be not less than $1.00, there is a definite M&A candidate, and revenue/income is shown to be increasing.
