Director's Compensation - PTSC vs RMBS

IMO, PTSC is overpaying, or should I say, the BOD is overcompensating themselves, based on the comparison with RMBS. There are many other small cap companies that wouldn't even break $100K per director. What exactly do we get for nearly $200K per director? As of today, 35 cents per share. That may be an oversimplification, but if there is continued degradation of the share price, and it's the directors who have the power to effect decisions and actions that affect the market's perception of and the valuation of the shareprice, I don't think its unreasonable, that the directors compensation be brought into question.
