By posting this, is it also your interpretation, that should the "confidential" terms include PTSC's surrendering of its interest in the MMP, and/or assigning those rights to TPL, in exchange for 5 Toshiba laptops, a Panasonic Digital Camera, two JVC turntables, and a partridge in a pear tree, that the confidentiality allows PTSC the right to OMIT this information from its financial disclosures?
