If I remember correctly that is the day the argument of the case takes place. And, that is very important. both sides get to 'argue' their cases points that day to the appeal judge panel.

Our problem is the decision after the arguments are made could take anywhere from 6 months to a year to get a decision from the judges on the appeal case.. So yes that is an important happening but the result of such will not be known for quite a while yet.
