Just a quick note to perhaps help the company to be able to respond, or better put, to prevent them from having an excuse for not responding. With respect to your question, if you phrase it in a way that deals with only the companies whose licenses have been reported through the most recent 10q, rather than leaving it open ended to include licenses for which they haven't reported the results , that would be one less reason for them to decline to respond clearly.
