According to that post, which is citing info in a local Texas newspaper, separate suits were filed against the T3 for 336 and 584. Don't know if the paper got it right, and this signals a shift in strategy as in filing a separate suit for each patent, or whether the paper just got the info wrong. Anyone have a comment based on their Pacer readings, and if so, please cite the Pacer that would back up your interpretation.
