I agree strongly, that the use of preferreds is of great concern, and something that I hope the company will refrain from. Unfortunately, as I understand it, it is strictly up to management and the BOD whether they are used or not. I don't think we have any say in the matter. This is something we should be very concerned about and monitor as shareholders, and make your view known to RG & the BOD when you have the opportunity, IMO.
