Don't know about suits on individual patents, but now that the subject is brought up I do find it odd that TPL filed 3 spearate suits against the T3 rather than roll them up into one like they did with the J5. Divide and conquer? Anyone have thoughts on that? Seems like they are increasing their litigation cost this way. Opty
