IMO, you're forgetting something very pertinent here. Some (all?) of the Js manufacture chips, i.e., they are the "original licensee" - there is no higher tier to point a wicked finger at. ARM, maybe, if ALL chips produced by them are based on ARM designs incorporating our tech.

And I suggest you read my replies today in this regard. Ultimately, noone escapes. TANSTAAFL.

Also, what's this "Microsoft selling chips" nonsense? Are you referring to your ealier post? Very misleading to the uninformed.

Your theories are as good as anyone's.....
