I believe the answer to my question was not Ken's, It had quotation marks at the beginning and end. Also the part contained within quotation marks was in blue text and all the remaining information was in black text. I believe the quotation marks and blue text indicate that he was relaying the companies answer exactly as he received it from PTSC. the quotation answer was preceeded by the statement from Ken which read as follows;

Here's a response from the company.

"Yes. This information was updated most recently in the filing on form 10-Q for the quarter ended February 29, 2008 in the company's revenue sharing footnote".
