Didn't RG's contract actually say "...M&A acquisition with TPL....". I went through the "word analysis" on this when that contract came to light. That extra word suggests a completely different meaning than people keep assigning. IMO, it means RG gets no bone if PTSC rides TPL's coattails into an acquisition of a third entity/another company.
