I am separating the two questions below-

If the financial results of the licenses announced in February are not reflected in the 10q, then is this due to revenue recognition issues? YES

The above "Yes" answer means that the reason financial results are not reflected in the Q is because of revenue recognition issues.

Is it possible that there are no financial considerations to these transactions to reflect? YES

This second "Yes" answer means just the opposite.

He should have responded NO / YES if there are is addition value to come from the licenses / settlements
