Relax. Greeneye is stating her opinion. Its very fair and realistic to state that.

#1. TPL already tried to buy out PTSC insterest in the MMP

#2. Creation of PDS/ownership structure set up for isolating the business of just the MMP and not other revenue/business of PTSC.

#3. Ricks 2 million shares bonus..for a merger...TPL mentioned as a candiate that would be an exception for this bonus.

Everyone has a price. Wheter TPL is willing to $$$ PTSC.. or does PTSC even have an interest.... money talks and doors are always open.

I hope PTSC is not interested and continues to use the MMP as a cash cow that will help the company invest & grow in new directions.
