Certainly would be gross misconduct and a total breach of their fiduciary duties, with that said, who would do anything about it? You, me or anyone else on this board? What present party would spend "MORE" of their hard earned money to fight such an event? I'm to the point that I would gladly take $.80 a share and lick my wounds. This situation is the most corrupt and misguided series of events I've ever seen. This is a modern day hold up in broad daylight and in front of 16,000 witnesses....and they still don't give a damn. I'm not defending this company anymore. I'm embarressed that I sent an email to CNET. Oh well, lesson learned. Don't defend people you don't know.
