Greeneyes - people are negative because the share price has dropped like a rock and the BOD have proven themselves to be extremely inadequate.

Most people become very upset went they plunk down thousands of dollars on an investment and it's value wilts away to nothing. Ron and Brian are trying to help by forcing the BOD to either act on our behlaf or leave. Do you think any of them has earned $200K for what they've done - do you think they've earned the perks they given themselves - that came out of our pockets????? (Sheeeeesh!)
