IMO...don't watch the patent location...what to watch is the postings on the reexams for the patents and their location and action which are noted on the USPTO site under Transaction Histroy...but remember to look at the reexam not the patent application. the reexam is located under the heading Continuity Data...and the applications beginning with the number 90...are the reexams...follow them.

It does help that we have one examiner handling two of the reexams....POKRZYWA, JOSEPH R...he is handling 336'; and '148...and...BANANKHAH, MAJID A....is handling '584. Both examiners are in GAU. (Group Art Unit) ...3992. this is a help also since they both under the same GAU Supervisor.
