IMO...keep you eye on the apps that are labled reexams...those with the number 90 in their app nos. Whatever happens withthem is the most important...where the patent goes, to Franconia or record room hasn't that much effect...IMO

If you're looking for a location that's important...always look for ...OPLA...they get the file to review for legality purposes right before the reexam certificate is issued...at least that's what I've seen...when OPLA gets it the examiner is usually done with his work and the legal staff is looking it over for an legal content that is vital to the patent holder and the USPTO.
