TS4, not to start an arguement but if you are not as you say a patent attorney how can you definitively state that the Forbes article is misleading. Your 1, 2, 3 points read like fact whereas I would assume that Forbes did some investigative work before they published the article. I posted the article for general information purposes as the re-exam of our patents is a major issue at this time. I welcome your comments and all others but I would suggest that we all should hesitate to be so negative without being absolutely sure of a position.
