At the annual SHM, Director and iddi Ammin Dada Johnson clearly expressed that if we did not "win" against the J's then the stock would be worth 15 cents.

The Johnson and TPL and Pohl appear to have known about the demise of our ability to win and offered it all to anyone who would pay more than 40 cents per share.

Is this insider trading? That is something only an expert can decide. Which is why teh experts at the SEC and NASD need to be contacted so they can decide whether or not there was foul play. Furthermore, the Attorney General's office needs to initiate a DOJ review relative to crimes committed under the RICO act.

Finally, the Swartz and Lincoln groups and other related parties need to be investigated as to how they are truly 1 entity from teh perspectibe of buying and owning less than 10% OF THE ptsc STOCK AND WARRANTS ISSUED UNDER THE SILUTION CLAUSE NEED TO BE REPURCHASED AND DELIVERED BACK TO THE COMPANY.
