Yes.. the Markman (& the CC) was my initial response for the question (paraphrasing) 'why would TPL try to move the T3 to Marshall if the Js settlement was minimumal?'

Most signed before the Q was filed.. and that is why I have stated here why the RIMM $$ are very important... and also why IMO those Feb licensees will have their $$ reported in the next Q.. to help cover RIMM.. which I hope is more 'Phillips'-like
