I am not sure how the M&A will work, but it IS going to happen--so we have been told. I have seen all kinds of stock transactions take place for M&A including where a co. buys another in an "all stock" purchase, as well as giving a certain # of shares to SH's for each of the existing shares owned. I can't see where S. selling his shares would dilute the # of shares we now have. Remember that SOMEONE is buying what he is selling. The thing that saddens me the most is that it could not have been done as an agreement btw PTSC and S.--eg. "PTSC buys all of the remainder of S. shares in a private transactioin". Seeing it happen on the open market day after long long day is disheartening, to say the least. I think that it has taken it's toll on us all. GL, ads
