It appears Roger Cook got out manuvered. by some of the J'S not all. why NEC paided dearly compaired to the others is a puzzle for everyone. TPL factors in the cost of going to trial with every client they are in talks with. their looking for a far settlement. Everyone was counting on 250 mill dollar settlements for INFRINGEMENT from every potential lic buyer it ain't going to happen. . THATS ONE OF THE REASONS PTSC STOCK TANKED. JMHO
