Corrections welcome but SGE predicted legislation would 'fizzle' months ago.

SGE posted something to the effect that lobbyist were using the proposed legislation as leverage for other intiatives. I've slept since then but thought I remembered some posts on this topic.

SGE...am I wrong to assume that you alluded to this???
