Poorly prepared. I not sure he understands the issue and the material. Court had to point out reference that Cook is looking for. Doesn't appear to be worth the money. I don't think with this kind of representation that we will fair very well, sad to say. I've been around the Court my entire career, this guy is no star. Maybe he just had a bad day. Thanks for the info Wolf. All in my opinion.
