I seem to remember when Ronran went to the Markman hearing he reported back afterwards that Cook did a pretty good job and was impressive. I believe further that many thought he had a really good reputation. I may be wrong that is what I remember. Does anyone recall otherwise?

OT: My mom passed away this morning, of all days, at age 93. She was born in Weil-em-Rheim, Germany across the border from Basel, SW. She came here 1925. I do not know why I am telling you this because almost none of you know me. Cherish what you have because it may be gone one day.
