Will it be after all of that UPTO stuff?

When the year end report comes out in August?

Are PTSC/PDS/TPL waiting on the reexam?

Are they waiting to get one final new board member?

Or are they just taking things as they come? (I subcribe to this one)

Will TPL/PTSC/PSDC go on the attack after the reexams?

These are the things that I ponder.
