did the J3 purchase their Chips from Intel or are they themselves Chip Manf?

IF they bought from INTEL, then Maybe the pending SC decision

on LG vs. Quanta "DID" in fact play in to the settlement decisions.

Roger Cook wrote an Amicus Curiae on behalf of TPL (go to TT & C website)

in which he states that the Supremes seemed poised to blunder on this

decision and rule in favor of Quantas.

So my "thinking" is: IF the J's did in fact buy from INTEL and if in fact the

SC rules in favor of Quantas: The J's would have immediately Appealed

a HUGE settlement "IF" we had held their feet to the fire IMHO.

Maybe JW is overseeing this MOU to make sure the J's adhere to NOT

seeking an appeal of the money they already paid us????

However, IF the J3 didn't purchase from INTEL...........then I have NO

Freaking clue as to what the MOU and JW's involvement is for.
