If I am wrong please correct me, but I haven't been able to ascertain whether this situation has been addressed in any part of RG's letter to the shareholders or in any other communication I may have missed.

The following question was asked of Hawk back in late April and was forwarded to the company, by Ken, for a more explicit answer on 4/29. I have NOT received any response to this question as of yet.

"..How many of the announced February ’08 license agreements are included in the 3rd quarter results??????????? Not who or how much but how many of those announced made impact on our revenue?.."

I haven't seen that type of information in the third quarter '08 filings."
