This is the section I have trouble with... I know Leckrone publicly stated ARM infringed the '584 & '749.. but have never seen where he (TPL) has stated ARM didn't infringe the '336 & '148... I have prev mentioned here a conversation I had with Pohl where he fully expected ARM to eventually be acussed of infrnging the '336 (I did not ask about the '148).. perhaps he was mistaken on their infringement.. I would bet not tho.. and as you know the '584 very well may be revisited with Arm in the future... I am as always correctable..
