Can someone please define the following terms;

"transactions", "announced", "prior" "end"

and after defining them can someone put them in context? And finally can all the "someones" come to the same conclusions with the same or diferent definitions? I don't think so. No one has said what the J3 paid, will pay, have paid, or their method of payment or the contingencies upon which payments are going to be paid or have been paid. IMO, if the board wanted to be clear they would have been. For some reason they don't want to be clear. And that good be a good thing or a bad thing or just an agreed upon thing by the parties involved. Am I frustrated, yes. Am I holding on, yes. Now just what do I mean by "frustrated" or "holding on"? LOL
