Ron and all,
Fish and PTSC have been in court together before. Why would Fish get involved now? Would you if you were Fish?
B&O has probably made suggestions to PTSC about new representation and I would think that they would be willing to work side by side with a new firm (considering what has happened here).
IMHO, this should go to the jury. This Judge evidently has a favoritism towards Intel.
