Thanks, for your response and I can understand your points. I have just sent a question to Hawk this morning to send to PTSC for an answer to the contingency theory. The question is asked in a general way. If it gets answered we can put the theory to bed or not. That is my hope. Rather than go around and around guessing on this forum it's probably best to ask the company.
