I agree the time is not now. For the reason they may not have enough money to buy an I.P. or to invest or to merge or acquire.

How much more? 3/4 more sign ups?

My fear is that they don't over analyze things and let oportunity pass them by or not find anything or business worth working with or worth buying.

Any anxiety is released when they mention using an investment bank to help them.
