Gloria, after consensus with the other BOD memebrs regarding a new policy, may simply be the conduit to CFO Flowers (Given that she has a CPA backround) and provide direction ala a recommended course of action in financial jargon CFO Flowers can understand.

Heaven help us if the Anesthesiologist on Board is giving out financial recommendations. On 2nd thought may be he already has...LOL
