I voted to retain Mr Johnson and the BOD last go round, I support the board's effort to repurchase shares. But I lately realized that the company probably took a loss in order to declare the 2006 dividends non taxable.* One of many, many gifts to S & L by management and the BOD.

I will be voting against Mr Johnson this time around.

Its way past time that this company was allowed to become a viable entity rather than an ATM for S & L.
