Not to change the subject but- In rereading the passage below from the master agreement, the statement appears to give the go ahead to TPL to assign rights, duties, privileges to entities that it owns like Intellasys for example. It's a long reach but - Could this have been the tunnel through which TPL could presumably steer J5 business to Intellasys by assigning rights and privileges to them to do business with the J5 without the consent of PTSC?

8.1 In no event shall any right, duty or privilege arising hereunder
be assigned by either party to an entity which it does not own and control
without the prior written consent of the other parties. Any attempted or
purported assignment without such consent shall be voidable at the option of the
non-consenting party.
