I sent the question yesterday and have an answer by 7:15 AM Pacific time. It appears PTSC is making an effort to answer questions now. Perhaps the blackout time is over or we are seeing a new direction PTSC is taking in shareholder communication.

I say if you have questions send them to PTSC.
