I don't think anything shady is going on. Yes. Others beg to differ and they are voicing their opinion and asking for answers (from PTSC). And that is good.

It is safe to say that some unconventional agreements was made. And can't be discussed.

I don't know who big of a hand PTSC had in settling with the j's. But to give them 100% of the blame is unfair. Maybe the upset shareholders should be trying to find ways to get answers from TPL/Intellasys/or anyone else.

I will say that PTSC's communication with the shareholders has gotten better with each CEO. And that is a start.

Truth be told I can't get that riled up and delve into all kinds of theories like the others.

I will show concern if they can't get their own stuff going before the patents expire in 2015 or whenever.

However, I don't think that will be a concern if a M or A will be done by calendar year end.
