disasterous for TPL/PTSC. The J's, etc don't have to worry if it's broken. I bet they are feverishly monitoring every move & every word TPL/PTSC are making these days in hopes of getting Judge Ward to kill whatever deal was made and to delay their obligations for infringement. No wonder the info being released (while trying to satisy investors' curiosity) is as clear as mud when it comes to contingentcies of settlement details.
